Terms and Conditions

The RESQDEBT Refer A Friend Program is available to new and existing customers. A check in the amount of $100 will be mailed to your primary address on file within nine weeks of your referral successfully opening and funding a settlement program. Read the full terms and conditions.

1. The referee must enroll in a Resqdebt program, fund two monthly payments and remain in the program for at least 60 days.

2. A referral fee will not be paid for accounts opened with less than $6,000 of debt.

3. The referrer must be in the Resqdebt program, have made two successful monthly service fee payments and be in good standing with Resqdebt.
