How much will your service cost me?
A: In many cases we are able to save you up to 50 cents on the dollar off of their debt. Our fee is based off of this savings. So, if you have $10,000 in debt, you could pay as little as $5,500 between debt pay-off and service fees. This is a savings of $4,500.
Can I do debt settlement on my own?
A: Yes, you can do debt settlement on your own. However, you will most likely not be able to save as much money off of your debt as we could for you.
We are able to negotiate millions of dollars in debt settlements to the creditor by combining multiple accounts in contrast to your one account of thousands of dollars. The creditor benefits by bringing in more money than just your account could. You benefit because the creditor is more likely to give you an even greater savings amount than you could have gotten on your own.
Back to TopHow does debt settlement affect my credit score?
A: Almost any type of debt relief service could affect your credit in a positive or negative way. In the beginning stages of debt settlement your credit score comes under evaluation because of your payment history. However, as you pay off your debts your credit score can start to show a better debt to income ratio, which is 30% of your FICO score.
How long does it take for me to become debt free with your service?
A: In most cases it takes as little as 12-36 months to become debt free.

Should I file bankruptcy?
A: Bankruptcy can affect you negatively for your whole life, and with the new laws passed in 2006 it has become even more difficult to file. In some cases your debt is not wiped out but changed in the way you have to repay it. This is a decision not to take lightly.
Why should I not choose a debt consolidation loan?
A: A debt consolidation loan is simply a loan given to pay off your debt. You are already in debt, and it does not make sense to just trade one debt for another. The biggest risk with taking this course of action is that you must borrow against your secured assets to be approved. With a life changing situation the asset could be lost to the debt consolidation loan company. Many consumers have lost their cars, retirement savings or homes because of this.
Does consumer credit counseling differ from debt settlement?
A: Yes, consumer credit counseling reduces your repayment interest rate but not your overall debt amount. This is where debt settlement differs in actually reducing the overall debt that you owe. With a reduced debt amount you can be out of debt in a much quicker time period.
